Structural Part Design According to Customer Requirements
Besides the structural part design according to customer requirements, we pay more attention to the secondary optical design part, and optimization of light quality and control of light angle are our constant pursuits. The phosphor coating part of our COB flexible LED light strips are also produced by the silicone extrusion process methods after our team's long-term research.
Roll to Roll Manufacturing Technology
RTR LED LIMITED apply the advanced RTR (R2R, Roll to Roll) processing technology and the experienced silicone co-extrusion technology to produce high quality flexible LED strip linear lighting products. Roll to roll (R2R) is a family of manufacturing technologies that provide continuous processing of a flexible substrate transferred between 2 moving rolls of material. It is an advanced manufacturing technology comparing to traditional other methods like sheet to sheet, sheets on shuttle and roll to sheet, and today roll to roll processing is applied in many manufacturing fields such as flexible electronics device, flexible solar panels, flexible printed circuit film, flexible thin film batteries, etc.
Standard Products and Customized Items
Our products include HOLLOFLEX series, SEMIOFLEX series, FLATFLEX series, SIDEFLEX series, TRIANFLEX series, UPDOWFLEX series, GLASFLEX series products etc., and the products have the IP66 IP rating even some have IP68 IP rating according to IP (Ingress Protection) ratings defined in international standard EN 60529. Beside the standard products, we made a lot of customized LED flex strip products for our customers.
