Xiamen Maifeng Seal Products Co., Ltd, founded in 1995, is a specialized rubber parts manufacturer supplying products such as o-rings, gaskets, and grommets, and rubber bonded with steel, brass, and zinc plating, PTFE, and plastic. We also manufacture rubber tubes, washers and dampers, and rubber with double-sided adhesive tape. Due to our capacity to produce 20 million pieces every day, our annual growth exceeds 10% and our sales turnover reached $45 million in 2019.
75,000m2 Factory Area; Over 200 Production Lines
Our facilities are equipped with more than 200 sets of compression machines and 30 sets of injection machines for liquid silicone, as well as 11 sets of injection machines for other rubbers. We currently operate three plants with a total area of 75,000m2, and 1,000 employees who work with more than 20,000 toolings - including over 6,000 toolings for o-rings. Our tooling factory maintains expert levels of precision and our engineers have designed more than 1,500 compounds unique to different customer's industries. We also design toolings and automatic production machines and have more than 10 automatic inspection machines on-site to ensure product quality.

All of our products meet standards expressed in our RoHS and REACH certifications, and we also supply parts with drinking water, food, and medical-grade approval. We use ERP and barcode systems to control and track our production, as well as PLM for the design and development process. Our quality systems are executed according to requirements specified in our ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 13485 certifications.
