Founded in 1992, Dongguan Huaye Electronics Technology Co., Ltd is a group company that integrates design, R&D, production, and sales into one. As one of the earliest and most Professional manufacturers of headphones in China, Huaye has built the modern industrial park in Dongguan city on its own with an area of nearly 50,000sqm. Staffed with more than 400 employees, equipped with 12 production lines, our monthly capacity has reached 300,000-500,000 sets of headphones.
Our Workshops and Facilities
For making R&D, engineering, cable production, injection molding, assembly, jet printing, quality control as a whole, our factory is equipped with a full range of advanced equipment and auxiliary facilities. Our workshops include an Injection molding workshop, an injector screen printing workshop, a loudspeaker workshop, a beer machine workshop, assembly workshop. Our Equipment includes Injection molding machines, automatic spray lines, pad printing machines, high-frequency machines, ultrasonic machines, and so on. Full-range of Testing Machines: Audio scanners, oscilloscope/transportation vibration tester, drop-test machine, salt spray testing machine, constant temperature, and humidity experiment box, polarity analog, the standard for color lightboxes, wire bending and Swing tester, electro-acoustic devices tester, Wear resistance tester, Static tester, Button life tester, 8-channel sub-cabinet tester, Yellowing resistance tester and more.
