QLight is one of the leading companies for visual and audible equipment. We manufacture a variety of products from small- to large-sized products, which are used for a variety of purposes, for example, conveying emergency information, alerting and warning systems, unusual information recognition, validation information guidance, and information announcement.
In the early 1990s, there was great development and remarkable growth in the field of plant equipment as well as in the automation industry in South Korea. This can be ascribed to a variety of technical innovations and advancements in most industries in the Korean sphere. However, visual signal device essential for factory automation and equipment robotization remained undeveloped and made use of the older limited types of apparatus with simple functions. Therefore, a strong demand for the development of advanced, multifunction products made to high quality standards arose in the market. We then took the initiative and were the first company in the field to develop explosion-proof type of products in South Korea. We are also the first Korean company that developed the generalized LED warning lights and signal towers.
In recent years, there has been a demand for more professional and diverse products that are suitable for a greater variety of equipment and machinery. This has resulted in visual signal device becoming a bona fide subdivision, focusing on specialized functions. Our continued desire to meet the ever-diversifying needs of our customers has resulted in the development and manufacture of a large range of apparatus, including semiconductor manufacturing equipment, unmanned automation and other road safety warning light systems, steel and steel manufacturing equipment, in excess of 300 types of systems employed in factories and ships, as well as a variety of specialized production and manufacturing functions.
