Hangzhou HANGYAN Fashion Manufacturing Co., Ltd (Hangzhou Hangyan Clothing Co., Ltd) is a major manufacturer in Hangzhou focusing on women's and ladies fashion-garment-apparels (wool coat, teddy coat, trench coat, and other jackets and dresses ) to help every lady to be an angel in looking is our continuous pursuit. HANGYAN was founded in 2017, our production facilities and abilities cover designs, manufacturing, and sales. We have more than 200 staff, 90% of whom are skilled workers, which is our treasure of keeping the stable quality as well as the manufacturing cost.
500 New Items Yearly
Each year, we design more than 500 items of a new type of garments for our Chinese partners. Each year we manufacture more than 200,000 pcs of women's wool coats for the autumn and winter seasons and 500,000 pcs of other dresses, shirts, and more for spring and summer seasons.
Utilizing 172 Machines to Complete Orders
We have our design team and design office as well as the stamping workshop which can create the samples in a short time. We have the cutting workshop (2 sets of cutting machines), sewing workshop (more than 150 sets of sewing machines), ironing workshop (more than 20 sets of machines), and 30 finishing process staff.
Complete Orders within 25 Days
We can finish the correct samples for you within 7 days and complete orders within 25 days. We have our QC team inspect the goods for you on time and control the quality accurately. Product quality is tested under AQL 1.5/4.0 and 2.5/4.0 standards. Also, you can arrange a third party to inspect the goods if you want. For shipment, Ningbo, and Shanghai seaports are all available.
6000sqm Office and Production Plants
Hangyan is located in the Heping industry area of HaiNing City (Zhejiang), which is very closed to Hangzhou with less than 1 hour driving to Hangzhou international airport. Hangyan has a production plant and office with more than 6000sqm.
Over 15 Years of Professional Experience
The founder of Hangyan Apparel has been engaged in clothing supply chain production management for 15 years, independently operating clothing production factory management, focusing on double-sided fabric processing for 8 years, and has 5 years of supply chain management experience in brand companies. Based on the love for the clothing industry and the double-sided fabric specializing in the category, Hangzhou Hangyan Clothing Co., Ltd was formally registered in 2017.
