Linyi Huatai Battery Co., Ltd was established in May 1993. Our factory has more than 1800 employees and total factory area covers 500,000 square meters, construction area 280,000 square meters. Our factory mainly produces a full range of Alkaline Batteries and Zinc Manganese Batteries in AA, AAA, D, C, 4.5V,6V & 9V sizes. Daily output is 10 million pieces and yearly output is almost 3.6 billion pieces. Our products have passed IEC60086, CE, SGS, RoHS, Reach, and 2006/66/EC. Our batteries are mainly exported to the European and US markets.
Canadian Hibar Lines for Production of Alkaline Batteries
Our Alkaline Battery production lines are Full Automatic which was imported from Canada Hibar Company with an output of 600 pcs/min. Our Zinc Batteries production machines are domestic most advanced and full-automatic with an output of 800 pcs/min. Our battery quality and performance are at the same levels as World's Top Brands such as Duracell, Energizer & Varta. We have corporations with many international famous companies from the USA and Europe.
Supported by Two Most Advanced Printing Machines
We are the only factory in China that could self-supply the main components (steel can, separator paper, sealing plug, negative cap ) for batteries, so our costs could be more competitive. Moreover, we print the jackets, inner boxes, and master cartons by our own workshops belonging to our group. We have two most advanced printing machines from Germany Heidelburg company.
