We provide free technical training for our distributors' technicians, and detailed service manuals with repair flow-charts, troubleshooting and more. We also provide distributors with one spare PCB for every 100 items ordered. Our two-year guarantee covers all of our products and includes free replacement or repair.
Systems with longer backup power
Our latest UPS provides up to 999 minutes of backup power. It features an LCD that tells the remaining backup power in realtime. It also provides information on over 20 other system states, such as load level and internal temperature. Our wholly-owned manufacturing plant are ISO 9001:2000-certified to TUV.
