Our factory covers an area of more than 4,800 square meters with a production capacity of more than 1,000,000 pieces per month. Well-equipped with modern machinery, we have occupied a series of advanced machines, including a CNC cutting machine, 3D curve hot forming machine, high-precision slitter, laminating machine, automatic die-cutting machine, and automatic plasma coating machine. We have an in-house testing laboratory to ensure the quality of our products. A full range of testing equipment is utilized such as high and low-temperature machines, viscosity testing equipment, transparency and blue light tester, hardness tester, UV aging tester, and CS/DOL machine for supporting harness test.

We are operating according to the ISO quality management system. Each process is carried out in accordance with international standards. The quality is audited by Intertek and SGS. For social responsibility, we meet BSCI requirements, while for hazardous substances we have RoHS and REACH. For energy efficiency and safety, we have CE, FCC, and ETL certifications.
