CAREMAN's Sewing and Memory Pillow Factories
In 1998, CAREMAN's sewing factory started to produce cloths & home textile products. Now there are 80 skilled sewing workers. In 2010, CAREMAN's memory pillow factory was established, now it is equipped with three automatic multi-formula injection molding machines and more than 500 designs' PU molds. Every month, it can roll out two new designs.
Supplying Amazon with Hot-selling Series
In 2020, CAREMAN starts to supply Amazon with hot selling series with a new workshop specail for memory foam chips filling. Now, there are normal shredded foam machines, memory foam chips machines, 2*2*2cm memory foam cubes machines and CNC cutting machines.
Our Daily Production Capacity
We can produce 10,000 pcs of pillows, 5,000 pcs of dog beds and 1,000 pcs of mattresses or mattress toppers per day.
Our Main Products
Our products include various PU foams such as BS5852 FR PU black memory foams special for the European market and places where FR requirement is strict, compressable PU memory foams, low density PU memory foam pillows, 0-pressure PU memory foam 60D-120D, odourless memory foams, and cool foams keeping a low sleeping temperature by itself.
