PP-WPC Manufacturer with 18 Extrusion Lines
Foshan Shunde Shianco Composite Materials Co., Ltd, located in Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, is one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Shianco Furniture Group which was established in 1998. We have a 7,000sqm workshop and 18 extrusion lines, which are ready for mass production of different WPC deckings or profiles. Engineers in the tech department have over 15 years' experience in the production and R&D of WPC materials. Our PP-WPC materials have acquired strict criteria certificates of building materials such as ASTM, REACH (SVHC), RoHS, EN 13501-1:2018 Fire Classification: Bfl-s1. With such certified materials, you can execute projects with assurance.

Scope of Application
Our main products are PP-WPC materials such as deckings/profiles/planks /roof tiles/balustrades. They are used in floors, wall panels, railings, pavilions/kiosks, flower stands, leisure tables and chairs, flower boxes, flower beds, garbage bins, or as indoor and outdoor building decoration materials.

Main Production Process
We adopt polymer fusion technology to mix raw materials of biomass (chaff, wood bran) with a certain proportion of PP (polypropylene), binder, and appropriate additives (anti-oxidant, anti-UV, and more), then finally form our PP-WPC deckings/profiles/planks/roof tiles.

Six Features of Our Products

Feature 1: conventional WPC is (Wood + PVC/PE) while our PP-WPC is (Wood + PP) since PP is a more safe polymer, like baby milk bottles or food containers are often made of PP.
Feature 2: the service life of conventional WPC: 3-5 years then crack while our PP-WPC will last at least 15 years.
Feature 3: temperature tolerance of conventional WPC/SPC: higher than 60°C then start to deform, while our PP-WPC works under -40°C ~ 75°C (-40°F ~ 167°F) and always stays intact.
Feature 4: non-formaldehyde/water-resistant/anti-UV/mothproof/ no cracking or swelling/100% recyclable.
Feature 5: requires minimal care and offers the look and feel of wood, which can also be easily processed like wood, such as sawing, drilling, grinding, or sanding.
Feature 6: our PP-WPC is tested according to the American ASTM standard and acquired SGS test report ( No.: GZIN2011061463PS).
