Materials We Use
We prioritize the best glass as our raw material for the production of microscope slides and cover slips. First of all, we pre-process the surface of the glass raw material and drain it. Then, under the high temperature of the furnace, the thick glass is pulled into thin sheets by the puller and then sent to a special dehumidification room to dehumidify, so that the glass sheet will be smooth and there is no moisture, thus avoiding the phenomenon of sticking.

OEM Services Available
Finally, the processed glass sheets will be sent to the cutting workshop, where they are cut into standard slides and cover slip sizes by a laser cutter. Unlike microscope cover slips, microscope slides require further water-grinding to make the four edges less sharp. Packing according to customers' requirements, we provide OEM services. We follow strict quality control measures, audits, and periodic reviews to ensure that our factories, warehouses, and maintenance systems operate effectively and efficiently without compromising the quality delivered to end-users.
