Established in 2000, JPCI Controls (Foshan Gaoming) Co. Ltd is a proud company with more than 50 years' experience in manufacturing electromechanical components and 30 years in manufacturing safety components for spas, swimming pools and hot tubs. Our experience, combined with high-tech equipment and raw materials, allows us to develop new components required by the rapid expansion of worldwide markets.
Huge Product Range to Choose From
Our new 8,000-square-meter production base has two divisions. One produces components such as thermostats, energy regulator pressure switches, level switches, flow-switches, fire detection fusible links, heating elements and ceramic connection blocks. The second division produces complete assemblies and sub-assemblies for customized swimming pool heaters, heat pumps, backup heaters, spa heaters, small water heaters, immersion heaters, aluminum foils heaters, baseboard and convection heaters, fire detection winches and mechanical actuators. Our R&D team develops new products upon customer specifications, taking care of international safety standards like UL, CE and other related marks.
Furnished with Various Machines
We produce using stamping, bending, plastic injection, zinc alloy injection, and other machining processes. We are equipped with up-to-date automatic and CNC TIG welding, laser welding and ultrasonic welding equipment.
ISO 9001:2000-certified Supplier with Stringent QC Testing
Our own climate room, corrosion testing loops, salt spray testing and 30 other instruments ensure our products are rugged and durable. Finished products go through 20 machines to calibrate and check temperature, pressure, level and flow controls. From the raw materials to the finished products, we control every step of production. Furthermore, our company is ISO 9001:2000-certified so you can be sure we take quality control very seriously.
