Changzhou Jianzhi Machinery Factory was established in 2004 and provides high-quality manufacturing and packaging machines for medical dressings. Since 2005, we have focused on the design of medical and health products, and, thanks to the rigorous work of our R&D department and technicians, we have vast experience in exporting highly-specialized solutions and services to numerous pharmaceutical and medical companies worldwide.
50+ Types Of Products
Our machines cover more than 50 types of products including medical health bandages, classic dressings, wounds and painkillers, first aid bandages, hydrogel dressings, salicylic acid phenol stickers, navel stickers, catheter negative pressure applications, indwelling needle stickers, ICU catheter fixation devices, electrode patches, magnetic stickers, and pain relief stickers. In addition to traditional wound care products, we are a leader in modern wound care and extended function patch systems for complex structures. These include, for example, foams, hydrocolloids, hydrogels, and alginates.
Small Orders Accepted
Our in-house quality department corrects all deviations during production and ensures defective products are automatically removed. Our point collector has achieved a 100% accuracy rate, the material output by our adhesive-cutter production unit reaches over a 99% qualification rate, and the material qualification rate of the dressing machine exceeds 99.5%. Our team can therefore handle large and small order quantities, with no difference in the excellence of the output.
