With the development of time, we have the latest electronic processing equipment, including automatic printing machine, pick and place machine, automatic multitrack reflow soldering, automatic AOI online detector, automatic lead-free wave soldering, and other advanced machines. Now CJD starts to provide long-term, fast and safe production of precision electronic product services for customers worldwide.
Schematic Layout Design and Components Sourcing
Our engineer follows up customer's schematic and BOM to create Gerber file. We can provide 1-64 layers of rigid PCB and 1-8 layers of FPC.
The components sourcing focuses on original imported packaging via global official distributor or original factory. And SMT/DIP services are through-hole assemblies, conformal coating and testing.
Customization PCB/PCBA Services
As the 100% EMS manufacturer, we provide extra services for the customer if needed. Customized cables from connector pitch, length and pairs are all available. We can help customers make the testing fixture/jigs.
Plastic/metal Molding
Plastic/metal injection molding design and production are supported by our long-cooperation partner downstairs.
