Established in 1977, Binh Minh Garment Joint Stock company ships more than 95% of our output overseas. Our main export markets are Japan, Hong Kong, the US, Australia and European countries like France and the UK. Among those countries, Japan and the US are the biggest markets, each of which accounts for about 45% of orders.
Our Main Materials
Main materials used are cotton and polyester. Other kinds of materials like nylon will be done upon customers requests. The ratio of materials can be 100% of cotton, 65% of polyester and 35% of cotton or 35% of polyester and 65% of cotton. Around 60% of materials are imported from China and Malaysia, and the rest is from the local suppliers.
Three Factories with More than 2,500 Workers
We now have three factories in Ha Tay (Hanoi), Di An (Binh Duong) and Thu Duc (Ho Chi Minh City) with more than 2,500 workers. Binh Minh can produce up to 1,500,000 pieces per month. And new factories at Hau Giang province expect to open in 2024 with a total area of about 41,000sqm.
Design Team Releasing up to 100 New Models
All of the machines are imported from Japan and China. There is a design team that can release up to 100 new models per year. 80% of our shipments are manufactured under OEM basis. There are about 80 QC staff conducting strict quality check for each line of production. And for the finished items, there are 4-5 engineers to make sure there is no broken needle or metal in the products before packing.
