We are a one-stop service for turnkey projects from tooling, injection, SMT/PCBA, and assembly line for a finished digital product to delivery. Located at Fenggang Town which is a famous hometown of overseas Chinese. It is in the southeast of Dongguan and next to Shenzhen City, so the transportation here is very convenient. Hangseng Sensor Co., Ltd is a sole proprietorship enterprise with registered capital of $1.5 million. Our company covers an area of 34,000 square meters (sensor part: 18,000 square meters and ODM/OEM whole station: 16,000 square meters).
Specialize in Digital Products and Sensors
Our core business is two-part: sensors and finished digital products, we have varieties of professional technical workers, strong technical strength, advanced inspection facilities, and strong ability in tooling making, and product developing and manufacturing. We are a private company that has a standard tooling workshop, injection workshop, silk print/laser carve workshop, SMT and COB line, and standard digital products assembling workshop. Our products cover finished digital products, mold design and mold manufacture, power source supply, electronic spare parts, car floats, lever sensors, photoelectric sensors, proximity sensors, and more.
OEM Service
Total 20 assemble lines (25 to 30 meters), 34 sets of tooling equipment including 5 CNC machining centers, 3D tester, grinding machine, and matched equipment, tooling capacity is 30 sets of tooling per month; 36 sets of injection machine from 90 tons to 580 tons including three two-tone injection machines (2 sets 250 tons, 1 set 160 tons); and four SMT lines with a capacity of 2.5 million points daily.
