At CHENG YANG, we manufacture a very wide range of power inductors, power transformers, and EMI/EMC chokes in different shapes and sizes. There are applied in communication, laptops, lighting, automotive and industrial electronics.
Yearly capacity of 120 million pieces of Inductors
At present, our monthly production capacity is 10KK pieces of inductors & 1,000,000 pieces of transformers. Our products are used by leading manufacturers of these devices.
Our History
- 1986 - CHENG YANG, Taiwan was incorporated.
- 1993 - Incorporated Zhuhai BAO CHENG Electronics Co., Ltd China. This factory services the market in Southern China.
- 2005 - BAO CHENG has received ISO9001 & ISO14001 international certification in recognition of our outstanding system and product quality.
- 2006 - Incorporated Kunshan CHENG YANG Co., Ltd China and built a modern manufacturing facility to serve the market in Eastern China.
- 2015 - Kunshan CHENG YANG has received IATF 16949 international certification.
- 2020 - BAO CHENG built an automic production line for transformer & has received IATF 16949 international certification.
