Our plant covers 100,000sqm. We currently operate 25 automatic lines equipped with modern industrial robot arms that help eliminate man-made errors as well as improve the quality and reliability of our products.
25 Production Lines
Alton has 12 fully operational assembly lines for wet/dry vacuums and air compressors, 6 lines for motor assembly, and 7 lines for tank production and painting. Each assembly line starts by conducting a safety test, functional test, and packing test to automatic palletizing of the final product.
Professional QC Technicians
Each of our QC technicians is well-trained and focuses on Alton's commitment to quality for all of their products. Each product will go through a safety test at least three times before it is qualified for shipping.
Test Center Certified by Intertek
Alton has a very strong customer base which includes North America, Europe, Japan and Southeast Asia. Our test center is certificated by Intertek. Alton invests heavily in the testing machines and professional testing technicians, as we are a quality-oriented company that focuses on the continuous improvement of our products.
