Estar Industrial Group Co., Ltd was established in 2012. Our own factory can produce car chargers and wall chargers. We have more than 8 years of experience in OEM and ODM experience. 60% of clients are from European countries, 20% clients from the USA, 15% clients from Japan, Korea, Australia, and 5% clients from other areas.
Utilizing Advanced Machines to Complete Orders
In 2013, we moved to a new and bigger factory which is 3000sqm. We have our own mold-making machine, injection molding machine, oil injection machine, SMT machine, we can control quality from injection to printing, and also for new tooling making in 20-25 days.
10+ New Models Every Month
Our 8 qualified and experienced engineers are all experts in circuit designs and 2D, 3D, Pro E computer modeling. We have our own molding plant, and it takes us only 25 days to finish a new design from moldings to mass production. We also focus on developing new products to meet the ever-changing market demand as well.
An ISO 9001:2008-certified Company
For every new product, not only our engineers will do many different aging tests, but also we will take our samples to professional test labs like TUV, SGS to do the final test. Repeated orders testify to our trusted products and service: 90% of our clients kept placing repeated orders in the last three years Over 60% of our clients kept placing repeat orders in the last five years. Currently, our products and services reach buyers in Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, and Australia We run an ISO 9001:2008 certified management system.
