Thai Son S.P Co., Ltd is a knitted clothing manufacturer for women's, men's & kids' cut & sew knitwear. We produce fabric and offer garment prices. We are highly specialized in producing garments from circular knitted fabric for many kinds of garments for men, ladies & kids (T-shirts from basic to with various kinds of prints, polo-shirts, pants, skirts, dresses, fashionable styles, kids wear, sportswear...) and are proud to be one of the family-owned garment suppliers who have been surviving and developing for the past 30 years.

30 years of professional experience
We started as a woven CMT factory in 1989, we switched ourselves from woven to cut and sew knitted garments (cut-knit or jersey) in 1996. 2003 marked our first full-packaged order. In 2011, we produced our first fabric lots of Viscose Spandex serving Polish customers – LPP. Now, the Thai Son S. P sewing factory in Vietnam has come of age and lean clothes-making operation. Currently, we have two production facilities, in District 9- Ho Chi Minh City and in Sung Nhon, Binh Thuan Province.

Our current quality level is AQL 2.5/4.0. Our garments can meet the quality standard of AQL 1.5/2.5. Our regular MOQ is 1,000 pieces per style.
We are flexible with minimum color quantity (MCQ) and MOQ because we understand that MCQ and MOQ depend on the requirements of your buying cycle as well as the MOQ of yarn and fabric production. We can produce 500-1,000 pieces per style when you allow us to combine fabric together.
Lead time is 75-110 days depending on order quantity, design, and requirements. We can produce approximately 250,000 pieces t-shirts per month.

As of 2019, we produce 50 tons of fabric monthly. Our sewing factory in Vietnam produces fabric locally for our internal needs. We cut & sew about 250,000pcs of knitted garments per month.

Utilizing 50 flatlock machines to complete orders
We have 30 years of experience (our founder started in 1970). Our sewing factory in Vietnam has experienced merchandisers, sewers, and management to provide our customers with embellished and fashionable styles for men, women, and children. We are constantly improving our skills from developing yarns, producing fabric, sourcing trims and buying accessories to cut and sew them into knitted garments. We have three facilities to produce casual and fashionable cut and sew knitted wear. We are also equipped with 50 flatlock machines in case you need sportswear like football, gym, yoga, or cycling apparel. Our sewing factory in Vietnam is comfortable with fashion, function, and sports clothing.
