Brilliance Electronics Co. Ltd was established in 2008. At the beginning, we produce screen protectors for Nokia, BlackBerry, Samsung, Motorola and other devices, mainly clear protectors and privacy protectors. At that time, Apple's iPhone become more and more popular, this brings our industry along, and so do our company. We expand fast, so during 2010 to 2012, when other factories are still making the clear protectors, we have developed more and more new-function protectors, like anti-blue light protectors, self-repair protectors, anti-shock protectors, colorful protectors and others.
Become the First Protector Company to Have a Glass Factory
After all the protector factories have the same products, the competition becomes fierce, it is hard time, we need to find some way out. At the end of 2012, an epochal product come out, it is tempered glass, it is so good that our boss spend a lot of money to built glass factory in 2013, so we become the first protector company to have a glass factory.
Unexpectedly, we have to build a second glass factory in 2014, in order to finish our clients' orders. In 2015, the curved screen is more and more popular, more and more phones, and more and more curved. In order to develop the hot-bend technique, we have become one of the largest shareholders of one machine factory.
300 Employees
From 2008 to 2019, our company has been more than 300 employees. We have development people of 14 and 27 QC, we insist on doing all line inspection. All line inspection means each procedure will have one whole checking.
Vietnam Factory
At the end of 2018, Brilliance has acquired a Vietnam factory, which will serve customers better especially customers from US. Brilliance's VN factory is in the free zones of Hanoi, with 15,000 sqm Manufacturing shop and 100 employees. And the monthly glass capability of our VN factory could reach 889K.
