We have a clean and modern factory that occupies a total area of 6,000 square meters, and a variety of CNC machines ranging from ordinary CNC machines to 5-axis CNC machining parts. We have a machining center to handle various parts with different sizes and tolerance requirements.

Our custom CNC machining services mainly include rapid prototyping, low-volume manufacturing that only has several or dozens of pcs, and bulk manufacturing. In addition, we can machine almost all metal and plastic materials, which include but are not limited to aluminum, steel, stainless steel, magnesium alloy, titanium, zinc, copper, brass, nickel alloy, tungsten steel, cast iron, carbon fiber (CF), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polyether ether ketone (PEEK), acetal (Polyoxymethylene (POM)) (Delrin), polycarbonate (PC), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA/Acrylic), polyetherimide (PEI) (Ultem), polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) (Teflon), polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE), nylon (PA). The surface treatments we can handle include anodized, powder coated, chemical plating, sandblast, laser engraving, silk-screen, passivating, polishing, brushing, painting, Teflon coating, and more.
