Annual Factory Capacity
The main equipment of the section steel plant in Eludes is a 1000mm blooming mill, a 1000-ton fast forging machine, an 1800-ton radial forging machine, as well as an electro slag furnace, a vacuum induction furnace, and a vacuum consumable furnace. It has an annual production capacity of 84,000 tons of high-quality forging products, 500,000 tons of special rolled products, 15,000 tons of special steel smelting, and more than 2, 000 tons of vacuum induction smelting.

The smelting of high-end nickel-based alloys, high purity, and high-strength alloy steels can be achieved through duplex and triple processes. The section on steel plant products is mainly oriented to the railway industry, petroleum, petrochemical, mold processing, machinery manufacturing, military nuclear power, power station boilers, wind power, electrolytic aluminum industry, and other national key tie industries.
