Two factories with over 600 staff for mold making
Shenzhen Creative & Bright Precision Plastic Mould specializes in plastic mold-making and injection molding for automotive, gear boxes, office appliances, electronics and medical devices. We have two factories covering 23,500m²; all operations follow ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and TS 16949:2002 standards. Currently, 84 percent of our molds are exported to North America, Europe and Asia. Our annual sales reached $12 million in 2008.

We have more than 60 engineers for mold design, ODM projects and technology support. Comprehensive 3-D design and moldflow services are available.

Advanced equipment: high speed CNC, slow wire cutting, mirror EDM and more
Our advanced equipment include 18 CNC, 36 EDM and 32 milling machines; 20 grinding machines, nine wire cutting machines, universal circular grinding machines, fitting clamping machines and fitting opening machines. There are more than 40 injection machines ranging from 20 tons to 1,000 tons. The measurement machines include CMM (coordinate measuring), smart microscopes, gear rolling testers, multi-purpose gear-measuring centers, projectors, and Rockwell hardness meters.
