Moldmaking and Automation Enhancement
Thien Long has paid enormous effort in researching and building the Company's own machinery and equipment system, developing mold design and automatic plastic injection process. 95% of the molds are self-produced. With the breakthrough in automation enhancements in factories, the automation rate was raised to 78% in 2020. Thien Long accelerates the process of automation in production from the plastic injecting, pouring, and assembling stage to printing, testing, and packaging.
