Nanjing CMEC Clothing Technology Co., Ltd was established in 2016, which are not only the developer and manufacturer of knitted sports fabric but also the professional producer and exporter of knitted outdoor sportswear for years. We, Nanjing CMEC Tech, can offer our customers a complete series of services of fabric development, apparel designs, bulk production, and export.
Cooperation with Customers in the US and Europe Markets for Years
We have already had close business cooperations with our customers in the US and European markets for years. Our experience appeals to big names such as Disney and Varsity from the US, Icepeak, FILA, and Rock Experience from Europe, who confidently send us their regular orders. The main products we developed and produced are knitted wear, basic woven items like shirts, pants, and more. We also made sportswear, especially outdoor items.
Monthly Capacity of 150,000-200,000 Pieces of Knitted Garments
Our fabric factory and warehouse are located in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, in the size of 1,500 square meters, with 20 experienced workers. The total production capacity is around 18 tons per month. Our garment factories are located in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, and Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province with more than 300 skilled workers who ensure that your orders can be completed on time and in excellent condition. Our factories have passed the audits of BSCI, Disney, and Wrap. The monthly capacity of knitted garments is 150,000-200,000 pieces.
Our Services
We offer customers professional and technical services. Members of our team have more than 10 years of experience in the garment export business. Our technicians can make proto samples according to customer TS and samples in 6-10 days (in available material). We make 100% inspection of your orders online. Our QC team follows up the whole production from fabric cutting, embroideries or prints, sewing, ironing and packaging to final inspection. Our delivery is 60 days for garments, and 30 days for fabric.
