Qingdao Etrip Smart Pet Co., Ltd is a professional design, development, and production enterprise of pet bedding products. We focus on pet beds, pet mats, pet blankets with various fabrics. We have a R&D center with 40 researchers and developers, who develop many popular products every year. In 2019, the company developed PCM cooling series products, popular in the USA and European market. At the same time, the company also attaches great importance to the quality of the products and services.

Backed by 400 Well-trained and Skillful Personnel
Etrip Pet has 80 sales staff, 80 quality inspection personnel, 400 workers, with all kinds of automatic cutting production lines, automatic filling, and all kinds of compression packaging production equipment, multi-needle quilting & ultrasonic production line, TPU laminating production line, storage area of more than 10,000 square meters, to ensure the production quality and delivery of orders. We can produce 50,000 pieces of dog & cat blankets and 20,000 pieces of dog &cat beds every day. In 2021, we produced 10 million pieces pet products. Qingdao Etrip Smart Pet Co., Ltd mainly provides pet beds, pet mats, pet collars, pet toys, and dog harnesses. We have passed Walmart, Aldi, Kmart, Sears, Target, Macy's, VF, and Family Dollar audits. And our products have passed BSCI, Sedex, and Oeko-Tex approvals.

Daily Output of 500,000 Pieces
Our factory is equipped with 8 cutting production lines, 1 set of pin sonic quilting machines, 11 sets of multi-needle quilting machines, and other advanced equipment. Backed by a total of 680 workers including 430 stitching workers, we can produce 500,000 pieces of pet beds per day.

Our 40 R&D staff graduated from the Textile Institute of Qingdao University and 18 of them have more than 10 years' experience in the textile industry. We have long-time research cooperation with the Textile Institute of Qingdao University.
