Shipping Policy
The delivery of the order will be made to the delivery address specified when making the order. Orders of less than the minimum order quantity will not be accepted. We do not take any responsibilities regarding country/state-specific legal situations or provide binding legal advice. Please make sure that you are aware of the legal situation in your country/state, as we can not guarantee delivery.

Orders to United State in 3 to 5 Days
For all order shipping within the USA, the standard shipping time is 3-5 business days. We do offer expedited shipping options, with delivery time of overnight (1 business day,) or 2-5 business days (standard). We ship by UPS or USPS.

Orders Outside the USA (Shipping to India: 5 Days)
For all order shipping outside of the USA, your order will come from the EU. We process orders within 48 hours after order submitted. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours. We do not ship on national holidays. We ship by standard UPS.

Returns & Replacements
For unlikely event that you receive the wrong order or shipment that does not meet your expectation, simply notify us, so we can arrange an exchange. This will be processed as soon as we have received and checked incorrect orders. Due to the nature of the business, once your order has left our facility, you will not qualify for any refund or return, so please bear in mind that all sales are final. You have from the time of purchase to the time of dispatch to cancel or amend your order. A 10% surcharge will apply to any cancellation.

International Transactions
We accept just 3 methods of payment - Net banking, Western Union and Bitcoins. When purchasing on our site, the transaction might be international. As some credit and debit cards are set up for domestic use only, this may result in the payment being declined or charged back. To rectify this issue, we have amended a great number of payment options.
