our 4 factories are equipped with 25 production lines, 35 sub-assembly lines, and our daily output can attain 20,000 pieces and annual production reaches up to 2 million vehicles. Our scooters are sold to 50 countries (incl. EU, USA, Asia).
150-member R&D team & excellent domestic and abroad design team
Feishen integrates R&D and production, has a professional design team with about 150 engineers who come from domestic and abroad.
Professional production equipment and processes
The complete in-house process from plastic, painting, powder coating, stamping, welding, and more. For injection molding, there are 42 injection molding machines, 24 injection molding robots. For CNC centers, 3 and 5 axis milling possibilities aluminum, steel, and plastic parts in regard to CNC milling. Welding center, more than 180 welding machines like Fronius and OTC aluminum arm robots on the product line.
Metal center, over 85 punching machines 35 arc bending machines 25 lathe machines 65 drilling machines. Painting center, 3 independent dust-free workshops 6 painting lines plastic, metal, and aluminum painting expertise.
Strict quality control
In-house cutting edge 1,000 square meters large test laboratory with all kinds of testing machines. An urban test track was built with multiple surfaces, simulations, and obstacles for reliable field testing.
Factory and products with more than 7 certifications
Feishen is accredited by CQC, ICTI, GSV, ISO 9001, AEO, and BSCI. And each of Feishen's products has passed CE, UL, and TüV.
