Accommodating Big Demands with 16 Production Lines
Shenzhen Chuanqisheng Industrial (TRANKSUNG) is a professional manufacturer of all kinds of remote controls. Our 8,000-square-meter plant and 500 workers enable us to produce 1.2 to 1.5 million remote controls per month. Our 15 engineers focus on chipset programming, graphic designing, PCB layout and tooling design, and use 12 injection machines and 16 production lines for SMT, silkscreen printing, welding and assembly processes to accommodate your big demands.
Quality Controlled throughout Production Process
Our workshop is strictly operated under ISO 9001:2008 standards. We have QC inspectors at every production line. Thus, product quality is monitored very well. Moreover, we have specialized testing equipment such as vibration, salt spray, constant temperature and humidity, and endurance testers. In addition, because of our meticulousness, we have passed the audit by BSCI.
Launching Up to 10 New Products Annually
We have more than 100 tooling models. Our remote controls can meet the demands of low-, middle- or high-end market. We have a skilled R&D team who helps us launch five to 10 new products with innovative designs annually to keep our catalog updated. Our big code library covers nearly all the branded devices in the world and we update the codes regularly. We also accept customized and OEM/ODM requirements.
Meeting International Standards
We supply items with CE, FCC, FDA and RoHS approvals. We cooperate with many clients such as Skyworth, TCL, Malata and Lidl.
