Dalian Zhong Sheng Metal Products, founded in 1995, is a joint-venture corporation specializing in OEM mechanical parts manufactured by casting, forging, machining, and welding fabrication. Our network of six foundries and other partner foundries provide our customers with the utmost flexibility in maintaining competitive prices and the highest quality products competing in worldwide markets.
Advanced Technology in 5,000sqm of Space
Our head office is situated in the Dalian Development Area (DDA) and measures 6,000 square meters. Our machining workshop measures 5,000 square meters. We have advanced machining equipment such as CNC machines, digitally controlled lathes, and milling machines, as well as testing equipment.
Up to 3,000 Tons of Parts per Year
We can make 2,000 to 3,000 tons of cast and machined parts each year, including various mechanical spare parts, automotive accessories, valves, pipes, and marine ironware. Our raw materials consist of stainless steel, carbon and low-alloy steel, and non-ferrous metals. We can deliver casts, semi-finished parts, and finished parts according to your custom requirements.
