We are always dedicated in serving our clients by providing a competitive price and supplying high-quality products of outwear, including padded jackets, trench coats, casual jackets, ski jackets, parka, down jackets, soft shell jackets, etc. for women, men and kids.
BSCI-certified Production Bases
Firstly, we have built 3 global production bases, including 1 factory in Dhaka Bangladesh, 3 factories in Rwanda Africa, and 2 domestic factories. All bases are BSCI-certified. You can kindly check and see our company files.
Strong OEM Capability
Secondly, we have huge OEM production volume and high-quality control system. Our Rwanda factory is fully equipped with hanging system with 2,500 skilled workers and 30 lines. Our monthly capacity can reach 150,000 pcs of jackets. There are 1,200 skilled workers and 14 lines, with monthly capacity of 100,000 pcs jackets in our Bangladesh factory.
Our Advantages
In Europe, free tariff is available if imported garments are from Africa or Bangladesh. Compared with that from China, cost will be decreased by 12%. We can meet flexible and diverse needs from different customers with our global production bases. We have 2 domestic factories, 1 factory located in Hangzhou with 200 skilled workers, the other located in Anhui also with 200 skilled workers. At the same time, these 2 local bases can promptly supply our head office in Hangzhou with technical supports in time with sampling making, patterns and artworks. We have great advantage in supply chains, professionally sourcing and merchandising materials and trims and organizing logistics, as we are focused on export and manufacturing for 20 years.
