Cypress Technology, founded in 1989 and based in Taiwan, is a designer and manufacturer of a wide range of video equipment. We specialize in video processing, analog/digital system design and RF communication. We export over 90% of our output overseas, either under our brand name or under OEM contract with the customers' brand name. Leadtime for Quantity Orders of 2 to 3 Weeks
Cypress emphasizes speedy delivery of each customer order. The normal lead time for quantity orders is 2 to 3 weeks. Sample orders can normally be dispatched in a matter of days.
Free Repair Services Within One-year Warranty Period
All Cypress products are covered by a full one-year warranty. Products returned within this period are repaired free of charge. Cypress will also provide a system diagram and a trouble-shooting guide as part of its after-sales technical assistance (circuit diagrams will not be disclosed for proprietary reasons).
