Established in 1997, Zhejiang Zhongjian Technology Co., Ltd is formerly known as Yongkang Zhongjian Tools Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Zhongjian Mechanical & Electrical Group. The company is located in the economic development zone of Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province, covering an area of 126,000 square meters, with more than 800 employees. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a trustworthy and law-abiding enterprise of Zhejiang Province, and a green enterprise of Zhejiang Province. It has a provincial enterprise technology center, high-tech enterprise research, and development center, and holds more than 120 intellectual property rights of various kinds of patents. The company completed its shareholding reform in December 2010, passing the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission for an initial public offering in June 2015, and was officially listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange A shares in December 2015.
