Established in 2016, the company began to provide customs clearance, foreign exchange, tax refund, and financial and logistics services for the majority of foreign trade enterprises. In 2018, build a greater Shanghai foreign trade ecosystem to help 1,500 Shanghai foreign trade enterprises solve import and export problems and improve cross-border trade skills. Set up a Suzhou subsidiary in 2020 to provide one-stop comprehensive services such as customs and exchange tax, cross-border payment, and logistics for 800 local foreign trade enterprises in Suzhou.
In 2020 to set up a financial and tax subsidiary, build foreign trade financial and tax service circle, provide customers with a bookkeeping agency, export tax refund, handling import and export rights, and other services. Set up a logistics subsidiary in 2020 to provide customers with sea transportation, air transportation, railway transportation, cross-border e-commerce logistics, and other services. In 2021, the Hangzhou subsidiary was established to provide international logistics, business, and tax e-commerce services for Hangzhou's local foreign trade enterprises.
